Surah Al-Fatihah Ayat 3 With Tafseer

مَٰلِكِ يَوۡمِ ٱلدِّينِ ٤

Translation:

The Master of the Day of Recompense

Tafseer:

The fourth verse of Surah Al-Fatihah is a powerful reminder of the Day of Judgment, when all of mankind will be gathered together to account for their deeds. On that day, Allah will be the Master, the Judge, and the One who will reward or punish each person according to their actions.

The word “Malik” means “Master” or “Owner.” It is a reminder that Allah is the ultimate Owner of everything in existence. He is the One who created us, and He is the One who will return us to Him on the Day of Judgment.

The word “Yawm ad-Din” means “the Day of Recompense.” It is a day when all of mankind will be gathered together to be judged by Allah. On that day, everyone will be rewarded for their good deeds and punished for their bad deeds.

This verse teaches us that we should always be mindful of the Day of Judgment. We should live our lives in a way that will please Allah, so that we can be rewarded on that day.

By doing these things, we can prepare ourselves for the Day of Judgment and hope for Allah’s mercy and forgiveness.

In addition to the above, here are some other points to consider:

• The Day of Judgment is a day of great fear and awe.
• On that day, everyone will be exposed for what they truly are.
• There will be no hiding from Allah on that day.
• The only thing that will matter on that day is our deeds.

We should therefore strive to live our lives in a way that will please Allah, so that we can be rewarded on the Day of Judgment.
